What data do we collect?

ILMPC collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, telephone number, email address, street address, house/apartment/floor number, postal suburb/town, postal county, postcode, postal country).
  • Where an individual represents an organisation, the name of that organisation.

You directly provide ILMPC with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How do we store your data?

ILMPC securely stores your data in data centres via Repairshopr CRM software systems. These systems are hosted on Heroku; Heroku’s physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centres and utilizes the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology. Amazon continually manages risk and undergoes recurring assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Amazon’s data centre operations have been accredited under:

  • ISO 27001
  • SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II)
  • PCI Level 1
  • FISMA Moderate
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)

ILMPC will keep your personal identification data for 15 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data via Repairshopr ticketing software.

Marketing

ILMPC would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.  

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop ILMPC from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other associates of ILMPC.

What are your data protection rights?
